Client: On Board Experiential (OBE) Agency & Facebook 
Attendance: 1,000+ 
Facebook's two-day small business conference took place across 6 rented spaces. As the assigned Event Manager, I coordinated all venue logistics including transportation (trams and parking), operations (chairs, tables, etc.), production (staging, A/V), signage (banners, directional, etc.)catering, communications (radios), and more. From initial client communications, team kick-off meetings, and on-site management, to estimates/invoices and event recaps.
